The Hotel Boulevard is just across the street from the Norfolk Towers in Paddington and 5 minutes from Bayswater. Forget the scruffy exterior because this hotel is a little gem from the inside. Packed with all the modern conveniences including wooden floors, frosted glass tables and flat-screen tv's, it's a budget travellers dream.
