Tallinn may be a value for money destination but there's nothing like lording it up in Tallinn's oldest running hotel. Situated in the Old Town, aristocrats in the 19th century used to stay at the St. Petersburg when visiting Tallinn. The decor is strictly art deco and reflects the period of Estonia’s independence. All 27 suites have high-ceilings and fantastic bathrooms and make sure you check out the bathrobes.

We stayed in the Hotel St Petersburg on our last night in Tallinn and the cost was 157 euro for a standard double.
