Tallinn HOTEL Accommodation GUIDE

The historical center of Tallinn consists of an upper town, on a steep hill topped by a medieval cathedral, and an adjoining lower town dating from Hanseatic times. The picturesque lower town of Tallinn is surrounded by a medieval wall with massive round towers. The two main areas you need to consider for choosing a Tallinn hotel are the town center and the Old Town. The Old Town with it's picturesque square, medieval houses and cobbled stone streets is more charming than the city center but you do tend to pay more for the experience. Tallinn is a small city to European standards and so any hotel you choose, you'll be walking distance to all the restaurants, nightlife and sights.
