You won't find many 4* hotels in Seville for under 80 euros but the Hotel Occidental Sevilla is one of them. It's functional and extremely clean and feels more like a Holiday Inn than a boutique hotel. But this is Seville where hotels aren't the cheapest in the world so this is a recommendation purely based on value for money.

It's right near the Santa Justa train station and close enough to get into the centre in 10 minutes. All the rooms come with what you'd expect for a 4* hotel.
