Hotel Bécquer Review

The Hotel Bécquer is a Best Western hotel. We had a room reservation on our penultimate night and regretted that we hadn't stayed here earlier. The location is ideal. It's close to the art museum, the Santa Cruz area, the river and Seville's famous bull-ring. Unless you want to wallow in 5* luxury then this is the place!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was always someone working that spoke perfect English, which is always the case when I'm about ready to try out my Spanish.

There are many excellent restaurants and tapas bars in the immediate area especially on Zaragosa St and Diaz St. Our room was bright, airy and large enough to easily accommodate two people.

There are 118 air-conditioned rooms all with en-suite bathroom, telephone, colour satellite TV and private safe. The breakfast is small but if you're one of those people that needs to start off the day large, then there are many cheap cafes in the area. There's parking in the under-ground garage.
