WALDORF MADELEINE HOTEL REVIEW

The Waldorf Madeleine Hotel is a great hotel for the money. Considering you’re staying in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris, 169 for a double room is a snip. You’ve got some of the best shops and restaurants on your doorstep and if you want to see more of this great city, there’s either the metro nearby or a 2 second wait for a taxi.

We were greeted in the morning by a bright and friendly guy behind the reception and they were glad to show us around some of the rooms. As with many hotels in Paris and Europe, the rooms aren’t large but they are clean and well decorated and we gave some of the beds a quick bounce, all of which passed the test. It’s a moderately sized hotel with 37 rooms in total and each come with air-con, Internet, satellite TV, safe and en-suite bathroom. Ask for one of the rooms on the top floor, as you’ll have a great view of the Eiffel Tower from your window.
