Only one night at Prague's Hotel Residence made us realise what a bargain this hotel is. Recently refurbished and easy walking to the Pavlova tram stop where in 5 minutes you can be near the Charles Bridge, it's an excellent hotel for anyone travelling on a tighter budget.

Our room was large, clean and well equipped including a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, room safe and minibar. All the staff was extremely friendly, spoke excellent English and knew some great local places to eat and drink. A classic Prague accommodation and a bargain to boot.

We think this hotel is excellent value for money. Go for it.
