HOTEL LUNGARNO REVIEW

Located only steps away from the Ponte Vecchio and with views of the River Arno, the Hotel Lungarno is a beautiful place to stay and one of our favourite accommodation in Florence. Being a 4* luxury hotel, it doesn't come cheap but who said luxury ever did?

Small in size giving it a boutique feel, the Lungarno has 69 exquisite rooms each coming with a fantastic en-suite bathroom, telephone, internet connection and satellite TV. Each room is packed with original art, antiques and other fantastic artefacts. We were shown around the whole hotel and with each step we wished that the credit card to stretch to the 396 euros we were quoted....ouch!!

If you're planning a romantic weekend or honeymoon then this is the place to be and if you really want to impress your loved one then there's a limousine service also.
