HOTEL Colon REVIEW

We paid a visit to this beautiful hotel during a walk around the area. This hotel is in a great location in Barcelona: right opposite the cathedral. Hotel Colon is not to be mistaken for its namesake situated near Barcelona's Placa Reial.

We realise that the name isn't very enticing but this hotel is a grand 4 star affair that makes you soon forget any lame joke. We got a free tour around the hotel and from what we saw, it was far from being a reminder of a nasty body part.

Barcleona's Hotel Colon has 145 rooms, all of them equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, pay TV, safe box, mini bar and secured high speed internet access.

Some of the rooms face the cathedral and with a balcony you'll get a beautiful view to wake up to each morning.
