A combination of price, location, cleanliness and staff friendliness make this hotel a top recommendation for the area. Only minutes from Plaça Catalunya and five minutes walking distance from the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas; the location is superb. We arrived unannounced just after lunch and were greeted by a friendly girl behind the reception. She proceeded in showing us around the hotel and some of the rooms while talking about the local area. restaurants, cafes, buildings and history….she knew it all and it’s great when you find someone who really knows their stuff. The hotel rooms are decorated in a modern minimalist style in a white/cream décor and are compact but comfortable, clean and tidy. All the rooms some with en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, air-conditioning, safe and Internet access.
